Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ten99 ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

Ten99 provides tools for scheduling, invoicing, client management, and business operations. You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.

Content Ownership & Protection

All content, materials, designs, branding, and intellectual property associated with Ten99 (including but not limited to the Ten99 name, logo, interface, templates, and documentation) are owned by Ten99 / TenFlow or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, redistribute, or use any Ten99 content, branding, or materials—in whole or in part—without our prior written consent or permission. This includes screenshots, UI elements, documentation, and any derivative works. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you create within Ten99 (clients, invoices, documents, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

Ten99 Pro — Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Access to Ten99 requires an active Ten99 Pro subscription. In the iOS app, subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store as auto-renewing in-app purchases. On the web, subscriptions may be sold through our authorized payment partners.

• Plans: Ten99 Pro Monthly (1 month) and Ten99 Pro Yearly (1 year). Prices are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• Manage or cancel: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or use subscription management in the Ten99 app, to manage or cancel.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Web checkout terms, free trials, and cancellation for non-App Store purchases are governed by the plan and payment provider shown at checkout (for example Lemon Squeezy). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Sellers: app store fees, Ten99 fees, pricing & refunds

If you sell or offer paid digital goods, memberships, CEU-bearing content, subscriptions, or similar monetized offerings through Ten99—including via our iOS app or other app store distribution—you agree as follows:

• App Store and marketplace commissions. Purchases completed through Apple's App Store or other authorized storefronts may be subject to commission and fees retained by those platforms. Those commissions are commonly cited as up to approximately 30% of the price paid by the buyer for many in-app purchases of digital goods, but rates and eligibility for reduced programs vary by storefront, jurisdiction, product type, and the platform's then-current agreements (for example Apple's Paid Applications Agreement and Schedule 2). You are responsible for reading and complying with applicable store policies.
• Ten99 platform and hosting fees. Separate from storefront commissions, Ten99 may assess platform, hosting, payment processing, facilitation, or other fees described when you publish an offering or complete a sale. Unless we say otherwise in writing, Ten99 fees apply in addition to app-store commissions—not instead of them.
• Price accordingly. You acknowledge that storefront commissions and Ten99 fees materially reduce gross revenue. You are solely responsible for setting list prices such that—after storefront commissions, Ten99 charges, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, taxes, currency conversion, and payment-processing costs—you still achieve the net payout you intend.
• Refund rules. Refunds may be mandated or limited by Apple,payment processors, or card-network rules Ten99 does not control. Where Ten99 hosts a checkout or order flow for your content, refunds may follow policies disclosed at purchase time or in product-specific terms (for example timelines while funds remain in escrow vs. after payout). Approved refunds typically reduce seller proceeds accordingly. You agree not to misrepresent refund rights to buyers and to honor applicable refund obligations under law and applicable store rules.
• Agreement, adherence, responsibility. By monetizing through Ten99 you expressly agree to this section, abide by storefront and Ten99 commerce rules as they are updated from time to time where required for continued participation, and accept full responsibility for your pricing math, truthful marketing, tax reporting, honoring eligible refunds, and disputes between you and your customers arising from sales you initiate through the Service—subject always to Ten99's right to suspend offerings, withhold proceeds where disputes or chargebacks arise, enforce these Terms, and comply with lawful requests from payment partners or platforms.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
